Provision

Supply & Score

A shop full of shelves that keeps giving, and the shop keeps the score. Provision accumulates on one side and the count is held by the other. What arrives with a price attached is provision whatever it is called.

Reciprocity

Unprompted & Unquantified

Showing up without being asked, giving something, keeping no count. Reciprocity is barter that is never quantified, and its value is the arrival, never the amount. What is given without expectation can be accepted; what cannot be accepted was never a gift.

Graphite pencil drawing lines feature a glowing lantern over a spirit level where a hand inserts a sphere beside tiny silhouettes traversing the baseline.

Contract

Stated & Covert

A term is stated once, early, and never reinforced. The covert contract is the expectation nobody stated and everybody bills. Terms filter before cost accrues, and the response to a term is the first data about the person who heard it.

A drawing shows a structured currency symbol forming a bridge, with figures gathered on a pier, indicating the terms of provision.

Six fields, each writing its own terms

The terms are written where they belong. Each field holds three desks, and every entry a desk writes raises the terms it uses, each term given a meaning, a mechanism and the places it appears. The record on these pages stays first person and hand made; the fields grow the nomenclature.
